Cleanroom for construction
The laboratory has two clean rooms for dust-sensitive construction. A smaller, easy-access and convenient space allows fast operations in a class 100 (ISO5) laminar cleanroom on a 200cm by 80cm flat table, whereas large size MPGD detectors can be treated in a 12 square-meter ISO5 laminar cleanroom with large entrance door and with a 3 square-meter airlock space.
